Order process
1. Article selection
Choose the part/product you wish to purchase until you get to the page where you can choose to add the item to your basket.
2. Product Setup
In the case of a configurable product (choice of color, options, etc.) detailed information on the various possibilities can be found at the bottom right of the configuration page. For more details on the methods of taking measurements specific to each product, refer to the respective instructions indicated accessible from the configuration pages of the articles.
3. Quantity
Indicate the number of items you wish to order. Refer to the descriptions of the articles to define whether the "article" consists of a batch (bag of 10 pieces) or whether it is indeed a single piece.
4. Approval
When validating the offer, carefully check your configuration and the quantities ordered. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can study your choice together.
5. Payment
Once your order has been confirmed, you can proceed to payment online. We also accept bank transfers or cash payments. Contact us for more information.
6. Order tracking
As soon as the transaction is completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating a deadline for shipping or making the equipment available in the case of a withdrawal.
7. Shipment Tracking
Depending on the shipping method chosen, you have the option of tracking the delivery of your package via our partner's logistics platform.
