Delivery, collection and return of articles
1. What are the delivery options?
You can pick up your equipment directly at the factory in Treycovagnes-sur-Yverdon or choose the delivery option. The latter is carried out either by our own deliverers or by a shipping service provider (La Poste, DHL).
2. International delivery
We offer delivery throughout Europe, America, North Africa and the Middle East. If your country is not listed in the delivery options when validating your address, please send us an e-mail specifying the items you wish to order. We will provide you by return e-mail with the exact amount of the delivery costs and will process your order as soon as we have your agreement.
3. Delivery costs in Switzerland
We offer two delivery options for your purchases in Switzerland. Our standard delivery option is fixed at CHF 9.–, but it becomes free from CHF 50.– of purchase. Please note that this offer does not apply to additional bulky package charges, which remain applicable when delivering these products (however, these charges do not apply if you choose to collect the items directly from our factory) .
If you would like faster delivery, we also offer a priority delivery option for CHF 15.–
We would like to point out that in exceptional situations, Alu-Store SA reserves the right to request a contribution to the shipping or delivery costs. However, we are always committed to offering you the best possible delivery conditions.
4. International delivery charges
For international deliveries, we offer standard economy delivery for orders equal to or greater than CHF 300 ($300). For orders below this amount, a delivery charge of $34 applies. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any additional questions regarding delivery to your specific country. We are here to help you !
5. Collection at the factory
If you choose the factory pick-up option, we will notify you by email or telephone as soon as your order can be picked up. Simply go to reception at the following address: Alu-Store SA, Chemin Pétrole 4, 1436 Treycovagnes.
8. Delivery times
With over 95% of items in stock, we are committed to dispatching your orders promptly.
For all orders placed before 12 noon (GMT+1 time), shipping is usually made the next day. However, please note that some items may require manufacturing time or additional time. 95% of our assortment is dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
Economy standard mail shipping time is estimated to take approximately 2-3 business days, while priority shipping usually takes 1-2 business days. For shipments outside of Switzerland, the time generally varies between 4 and 7 working days. Please note that additional time may be required due to customs procedures, which could result in a delay in delivery.
We make every effort to meet these delivery times, but please note that exceptional circumstances beyond our control can sometimes cause delays. If you have specific questions regarding the delivery time of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you every step of the delivery process.
13. Contact the delivery person
In many cases we carry out the delivery of your purchases ourselves. You can at any time send us indications which will be taken into account for the delivery.
14.Pprocedure for returning or exchanging an item
At AluStore, we are committed to guaranteeing your satisfaction in all circumstances. If you have a problem with an item you ordered, we're here to help. You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to notify us of any problem of defective or unsuitable material, for example in the event of a problem with dimensions. Beyond this period, we will not be able to accept the return of the item.
To initiate a return, please contact us through our online contact form, clearly indicating the problem encountered and the product concerned. We will then provide you with detailed instructions for returning the goods. Please note that the returned item must not show signs of wear and must be returned in its original packaging.
Once we have received and verified the returned item, we will process the refund to the account of your choice. If you prefer to exchange the item for another, we will be happy to help you find a product that better suits your needs.
