What are the delivery options?You can pick up your equipment directly at the factory in Treycovagnes-sur-Yverdon or choose the delivery option. The latter is carried out either by our own deliverers or by a shipping service provider (La Poste, DHL).

Do you deliver abroad?Yes, we offer delivery throughout Europe, Americas, North Africa and the Middle East. If your country is not listed in the delivery options when validating your address, please send us an e-mail specifying the items you wish to order. We will provide you by return e-mail with the exact amount of the delivery costs and will process your order as soon as we have your agreement.

Delivery costs in Switzerland?For purchases in Switzerland, we offer two delivery options. Standard delivery is fixed at CHF 10.-, but it is free from CHF 50.- of purchase. If you want faster delivery, we also offer priority delivery at the price of CHF 12.-, but it also becomes free from CHF 100.- of purchase. Please note that in certain exceptional situations, Alu-Store SA reserves the right to request a contribution to the shipping or delivery costs. However, we always strive to offer you the best possible delivery conditions. Shipping costs for international orders?For international deliveries, we offer standard economy delivery for orders equal to or greater than CHF 300 ($300). How to get reimbursed?In the event of a refund, the amount due is refunded to the account of your choice.

Can I exchange an item?You can exchange or return an item if it shows no signs of wear.

What is the procedure for returning or exchanging an item I ordered?At AluStore, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction in all circumstances. If you have a problem with an item you ordered, we're here to help. You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to notify us of any problem of defective or unsuitable material, for example in the event of a problem with dimensions. Beyond this period, we will not be able to accept the return of the item. To initiate a return, please contact us through our online contact form, clearly indicating the problem encountered and the product concerned. We will then provide you with detailed instructions for returning the goods. Please note that the returned item must not show signs of wear and must be returned in its original packaging. Once we have received and verified the returned item, we will process the refund to the account of your choice. If you prefer to exchange the item for another, we will be happy to help you find a product that better meets your needs. How to track my order ?We will send you a confirmation email once the order has been registered, then when the equipment is sent.

Delivery time ?For all orders placed before 12 noon (GMT+1 time), dispatch is usually made the next day. However, please note that some items may require manufacturing time or additional time. 95% of our assortment is dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Economy Standard Mail shipping time is estimated to take approximately 2-3 business days, while Priority Shipping usually takes 1-2 business days. For shipments outside of Switzerland, the time generally varies between 4 and 7 working days. Please note that additional time may be required due to customs procedures, which could result in a delay in delivery. We make every effort to meet these delivery times, but please note that exceptional circumstances beyond our control can sometimes cause delays. If you have specific questions regarding the delivery time of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. We're here to assist you every step of the delivery process.

Can I contact the deliverers?In many cases we deliver your purchases ourselves. You can at any time send us instructions which will be taken into account for the delivery.

Factory pick upIf you choose the factory pick-up option, we will notify you by email or telephone as soon as your order can be picked up. Simply go to reception at the following address: Alu-Store SA, Chemin Pétrole 4, 1436 Treycovagnes.
